A Czech-born approach to birth preparation that is easier to understand when you start with what the product really is.

Aniball balloon, tubing, pump and pink pouch
What is Aniball?

Distinct by design.

Aniball is a soft inflatable silicone balloon connected by a tube to a hand-operated pump and manual release valve. The physical product is deliberately simple: no electricity, no battery and no screen.

But the central story is not the hardware. Aniball originated in the Czech Republic and developed around the idea of birth preparation through awareness, breathing, pelvic floor coordination and relaxation.

It is not a mechanical dilator and is not primarily a strength-only Kegel product.

Where Aniball began

A Czech story with a purpose.

Aniball’s roots are in the Czech Republic, where its original development was inspired by personal experience and questions around preparing for childbirth.

Rather than presenting the body as something that must be pushed or stretched to a target, the Aniball philosophy talks about understanding sensations, noticing muscles and approaching preparation with greater awareness.

Today, people discovering Aniball outside Europe often have basic questions about what it is. This guide was created to help answer them.
