Support can be practical and emotional

A birth partner can help create a calmer environment for learning. That may include asking what information someone wants, listening without judgment and supporting conversations with their maternity care team.

Understanding without directing

Pelvic floor education can sound unfamiliar to someone who has never encountered the topic. A partner does not need to become an instructor. Learning basic concepts can simply make it easier to communicate supportively.

Respect the individual

Any personal training decisions, physical boundaries and symptom concerns belong to the person using the product, in consultation with their clinicians. Support should never become pressure to achieve a particular result.

A note about safe use

Before using Aniball, please read and follow the complete instructions included with your product, including all warnings and contraindications. If you are pregnant, discuss your individual suitability with your maternity healthcare professional.
